Thus, low layers of society are sources of human force to terrorist organizations while terrorist organizations supply this people with the ideal that make their life easier and really meaningful.

At larger scale, terrorism may be supported by states and its cause is also economic since developing countries suffering from a bunch of socio-economic problems are getting to be poorer and poorer because of the globalization, while developed countries grow richer. The modern problem of terrorism and its effects

In such a situation, it is quite natural that the most terrible terror attacks occurred after the end of the Cold War. In this respect, it should be pointed out that 2000s were particularly bloodthirsty, though terrorism was steadily progressing in the Middle East, especially as a part of the conflict between Israel, on the one hand, and Palestine and neighboring Arab states, on the other hand.

Among the most notorious terror attacks the leadership of September 11, is beyond doubts. In the result of this terror attack, planned and organized by Al Qaeda, thousands of people have died and millions have been shocked and suffered from profound psychological traumas. It is worthy of mention that it was not only American nation that was shaken by this terror attack but the whole world was shocked. This terror attack produced a profound impact not only on psychological state of many people but it also caused economic harm to the US as well as many other countries. For instance, the American air industry has been in a profound crisis since September 11, and it is still recovering. More recently, Madrid subway was also attacked resulting in numerous deaths and it was another tremendous blow that has shaken the entire world. Actually, the list of notorious terror attack may be continued, while the two mentioned above are just the most harmful.
